  28. Not even that. There will be one signal from the PSU that you cannot replace
  29. from the commercial PClown power supplies. There is a special "tap" off the
  30. power lines that supplies 60Hz (50Hz) to a terminal on the motherboard for
  31. running the clock while the machine is booted. There is a jumper you have to
  32. move to make the thing work on the vblank signal instead.
